HEUG, the Higher Education User Group, is an international organization consisting of higher education institutions that use application software from the Oracle Corporation, including PeopleSoft.
Wesleyan is an Institutional HEUG member, and as such, employees may access the HEUG website.
Among the benefits to the individual PeopleSoft user are:
- Access to HEUG online (HEUG.ORG) and the communication and collaboration tools available in the extensive HEUG online membership community.
- Unlimited free access to attend (and download) HEUG Education Series webinars.
- Access to Alliance session presentations and recordings.

How to Log In
To request a login for the HEUG website, from the HEUG home page, click on Request Login in the upper right-hand corner and follow the instructions.

You can use the radio buttons and drop down boxes to narrow or expand your search; for example, you might start with the Site button to encompass Presentations as well as ListServ postings on a given topic.

The HEUG.ORG website has been updated recently. Here are some links to introduce you to the site’s features. You can start by taking a guided tour of the website.
The mission of each Community is to work closely with the users and Oracle/PeopleSoft to improve the related products used by institutions participating in the HEUG. Each site is the users’ community headquarters for all things related to that community.

- While the ability to create a WorkCenter in PeopleSoft has been around since PeopleTools version 8.51, it is still a feature that is new or unknown to many PeopleSoft schools and institutions. - Recently Tina Thorstenson, HEUG VP of Technology, blogged about a new tool Oracle has provided to help you understand the benefits in upgrading and in installing new bundles. This is a recap of her blog. The PeopleSoft Cumulative Feature Overview (CFO) has been upgraded. It is a great place to start as you build a business case for an enterprise system upgrade or even to see benefits in a particular bundle. With this tool it’s easier to understand the features and enhancements your institution might be able to leverage in a new release.
