• Remember, you can always access SFIS Production through your WesPortal  under Student Information > SFIS Database.
  

• Be sure when logging in to PeopleSoft that you are accessing the correct Database, that is, Production or Test.  During the upgrade test period, the appearance of the two databases will be very different.  See below.

• The Test database can only be accessed with the direct link below; it is not accessible from WesPortal.

SFIS PRODUCTION

 

SFIS PRODUCTION Database Login Page (Version 9.0)  – Click to link directly to the PeopleSoft SFIS System PRODUCTION Database login.  

IMPORTANT:  Once you have logged into the Production Database, in the black band in the upper right-hand corner you will see your UserName and the name of the database, i.e. CS90PROD. 

It will resemble this: 

 User: BNAME on Database: CS90PROD

SFIS TEST

 

SFIS TEST Database Login Page (Version 9.0 – Bundles 24-34) – Click to link directly to the PeopleSoft SFIS System TEST Database login.    

IMPORTANT:  When you log into the Test Database during the upgrade period, you will see that there is no longer a black band at the top of the page.  Instead there will be a light blue band with Oracle in red at the upper left.
