Common Attribute Framework
- What is Common Attribute Framework (CAF)?
- The Common Attribute Framework is a structured means to extend delivered data without customizing delivered record definitions.
- It allows users to add unique fields without customizing or creating a bolt-on. The fields can be from within the institution and third party data sources.
- The CAF gives users the tools to create a variety of field types to be added where needed.
- It is a way to retain extended data through PS upgrades and delivered changes.
